They are experts on European cars, especially BMW. Prices are reasonable for the service they offer. They used OEM parts. I have taken my car to cheaper mechanics, and it ended up costing more because they created more problems by either putting aftermarket parts, or by torquing things incorrectly. Do yourself a favor and go to a shop that specializes in European cars, like this place. Highly recommend.

I initially came here for a full front suspension overhaul on my BMW E92 328i, including complete OEM strut assemblies, tie rods, and M3 control arms, followed by an alignment. Once I got on the freeway going home, it was obvious something wasn't right, the steering wheel was noticeably pointed to the left while the car was traveling straight. I had a long drive with traffic back into the city and couldn't turn around immediately, and by the time life got busy the car ended up sitting parked for a while. When I eventually returned a few months later, I had to pay for another alignment (slightly discounted for paying cash). I understood their reasoning since some time had passed, even though the car had barely been driven beyond the trips to and from the shop. Unfortunately, after the second alignment, the problem wasn't fixed, it was made even worse. Now the steering wheel has to be turned to the right for the car to go straight, and it pulls. What's most disappointing is that, despite replacing the suspension with quality OEM parts, the car honestly drove straighter and felt better before this entire suspension overhaul than it does now.
